Looking for an artist studio or garage to rent for my stone masonry

Hi Houston, I make home decor items out of stone and cement. I’m currently working out of a spare bedroom in my apartment but I recently had a family member move in with me, leaving me with no place to work. I’m not looking for anything super fancy, just a small space big enough to fit my 5’ work table and my shelf that stores my materials. Let me know if any of you can recommend a place preferably near downtown or at least in the loop! Thank you!
