Looking for affordable dental care

I am in need of a lot of dental work and I am underinsured with a crappy company PPO. It has been years since I have gone to the dentist because I have a lot of crowns and fillings that was done during high school that is currently starting to fail. Unfortunately I can only chew on one side of my mouth and deal with daily pain because of this. I know the amount of work I need done will exceed my yearly maximum insurance payout.

Where in Houston can I go to possibly finance/make payment plans for the amount of work I need done?
