Looking for a ‘wine tasting experience’ with small snacks and a relaxed environment for a birthday celebration.

It would be for approximately no more than ten adults. Seeking like an array of wines that would be served in small portions to taste while teaching about the wine etc. Small snacks like a cheese & crackers tray or similar. Preferably economical in cost since it’ll be coming out my pocket for the group. Thanks a million in advance!
