Looking for a Wedding Officiant (Spanish-Speaker)

Technically we're already married at the court so we don't need to sign any papers or certificates, we're just looking for somebody who can do a nice speech for us, like a vow renewal thing. My wedding celebration is April 19th. It needs to be in Spanish since most of my family don't speak English. Does anyone know some recommendations?
