Looking for a very skilled orthopedic surgeon

I'm looking for an orthopedic surgeon in Houston, BCBS HMO. I was in a motorcycle wreck about 15 years ago, had surgery to repair 5 years ago and now its worse than ever! My latest MRI shows my glenoid had been broken and healed improperly. I told him I want to be able to weight lift again or at least not be in pain constantly, his response was take aleve and wait until I was old enough to get a full replacement. Anyway, does anyone have some good reviews of orthos in Houston? I'm in town all the time and I would venture to guess the surgeons here are way better.
