Looking for a tattoo artist that specializes in single line artwork, but with color, in the south east/Galveston area

I love the work of single line, and I understand it's usually black and white, bit I'm looking for an artist that can still translate the line work, but can add a slight bit of color, but still single line at the same time.

Like, 3/4ths of the tattoo with be single line in black and white, but the rest would still be single style, bit with some added color
