Looking for a place that does custom books

Hey y’all. I’m looking for a place or person that makes/binds books in Houston. My gf is coming up on a pretty important milestone and to commemorate I want to take all of her poems and bind them together in an actual hardcover print book. The problem is that we have a turnaround time of about a week (my big brain only decided to come up with this idea last night). I’ve heard of CopyDotCom but I’m not sure if they do what I’m looking for. Anybody have some kind of input?
