34, Single father of one awesome little dude (10 y/o)

He is looking for a 1-2 bedroom place, he has a difficult background, he made a mistake when he was 20 and it makes it hard to find a place. He has a good paying job, and he is in no danger of being fired – that said he needs a place his son and him can be safe. He can pay 2-3 months of rent up front if the price is right, prefer under $1100 a month, more if its abp. Message me if you might be able to help, I can explain his mistake and will not have any trouble with background check in the past 14 years, and I can vouch he is 14 years sober, clean of even speeding tickets and working to have his record sealed as new laws make what happened no longer a crime. Really his son just needs a better place to live, this guy could trudge through hell and not complain, but for his son he is trying to move mountains.
