Looking for a new, non-plant job. Possibly courier jobs or dispatch (also, any 911 dispatchers, medical couriers, or patient transporters on here?) [Clear Lake area]

From the Clear Lake area and looking for a new job. I have 13 years of refinery experience, but am looking to get out of the business because of the wear and tear on my knees. I'm thinking I'm interested in:

1. Dispatch jobs (could be refineries or any other non-plant related job)
2. Delivery
3. Patient transport in hospital

Other info:

1. Part or full-time
2. $20-ish/hr
3. Remote work is fine
4. I enjoy driving
5. I have young kids, so I don't want to be gone for days at a time.
6. No college degree
