Looking for a Macbook repair service

Hi! My bf just gave me his old Macbook Air but he doesn't remember the password and it has an ACTIVATION LOCK up… does anyone know a service in Hillcrotft or somewhere in Houston where I can get it bypassed.. he doesn't have the proof of purchase either.. (he literally bought this in 2018) TYIA ! 😀
