Looking for a FANCY restauraunt.

It's anniversary weekend again and I'm looking for some suggestions on resturaunts. This year we decided we want to do one resturaunt per day (Sat/Sun/Mon). Anniversary is on monday, so I want to save the best for that day.

We have had our fair share of "Fancy" resturaunts but they've always consisted of regular steakhouses (Steak 48, Ruth Chris, etc) or brazilian steakhouses (Fogo & Texas De Brazil). This year I want to step outside the box a bit.

No real preference other than TRYING to avoid a steakhouse. Cost not too important either.

Asian? Italian? American? Open to all suggestions!
