Looking for a company that offers turnkey restaurant space solutions in Houston.

There was a place on 610 N & Yale called The Chicken & Rice Guys. Is anyone familiar with that space where a 3rd party leases you kitchen space, prep areas and registers with POS for testing recipes and concepts?

I can’t seem to remember the name of the provider.
