Looking for a Barbacoa de Cachete recipe that would be like the type around town.
Last recipe I used had chile de adobo and cinnamon in it and didn’t taste anything like what I’m used to eating in Houston. Even Rick Bayless makes his own Chile de adobo.
The two spots I frequent most for Barbacoa tacos are both from Tampico.
