Long shot.. looking for panhandler energy corridor

There is a man who panhandles at the corner of Briar Forest and Eldridge. I believe his name is Bill. He is not homeless. He is a 70-80 year old vet who lost his wife a few years ago. I am assuming he is on a fixed income and losing his wife meant he lost half of the already small amount they were receiving monthly. I saw him out a few days ago but didn’t have time to stop and talk to him and now that it’s cold, I’m sure I won’t see him for awhile. I am wondering if anyone knows this man. I would like to contact him and see if there is anything that he needs. This is a long shot but figured it doesn’t hurt to try.
