Long shot, Chinese Star by UH

Does anyone know if the people who used to own Chinese Star by UH opened another place in Houston? I know, I know. I used to go there when I was in grad school and I have not been able to find Kung Pao or egg rolls like they used to make (water chestnuts, bell pepper but NO carrots or celery). It was just perfect. Rice and Roll comes close, but not quite there. I love to cook and I have tried to make it many times, but it hasn't hit the spot yet.
