Long Shot, But Will Anyone Be In the International Section of the Airport on Thursday and Willing to Serve Legal Docs?

I've been trying to serve my son's father for years (he's been hiding). I have reason to believe he may be transferring flights through Houston on Thursday. I can't afford to buy a process server an international flight to get into that section, but any chance anyone here would be willing to do it?
