Long shot, but has anyone here seen a cushion for this chair?

A friend was transporting this chair Monday evening around 6:30pm from Dunlavy/Allen Pkwy to Greenway Plaza area and the back cushion came off somewhere. I’m not sure what route they took, but I’ll update when I find out.
