Long shot but…

Anyone else having trouble accessing legacy community health patient portal? Currently trying to email my doctor and let her know how these new meds are treating me but so far can access everything, just if I click to go to the actual portal it says “ No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it “ and an IP number.
