Long layover at Houston Hobby airport. Great restaurants near by?

I have a 4 hour layover and I want to leave the airport and get a decent meal. So far nearby I see Waffle House, I’ve never had it. It’s not around where I live. Any other suggestions? A nearby bar to the restaurant would be ideal too. Maybe get 1 drink after. Thanks! Bbq would be preferred but open to all cuisines.
