Lofts on Post Oak (1901 Post Oak)

I am seeing quite a few condos for sale in this building. Many have been on the market 100 plus days and I am wondering what the reason may be. The location is perfect for me. Does anyone know of anything negative about this building? I saw another discussion on this subreddit awhile back discussing the fact that people desired big houses in the suburbs during the pandemic as opposed to close-in condos. I am wondering if that is the case here.
