Local Print Shops you recommend?

I am a graphic designer in need of making prints for an event coming up, and was wondering if anyone has some recommendations for print shops in houston. I know about CopyDoctor– but something with their printer and possible color profile really messes with how a print should look like. They often come out wayyyyy too saturated then what it should be? (I only noticed this when using various printers.) So I'm wondering if anyone out there knows of a place that allows for more control, they let you use your own paper, different sizing, full bleeds. Good pricing. Maybe best to say art print friendly?

I think I've heard of people printing at Fedex/UPS but how much control do you have at those as far as using your own paper, and possibly printing at 12in/18in?

Cuz ngl… at this point I guess it's just investing in a printer huh? *dies*
