Local popcorn kernel seller?

Hi all!

My grampa loves making popcorn, so for Christmas I’d like to get him some really nice popcorn kernels. I recently moved to Houston and was hoping to find a local brand. Where I moved from, it’s very easy to find them at holiday markets and farmers markets, but I’ve had no luck so far since moving to Houston. All my online searching only yields gourmet pre-popped and coated popcorn. Does anybody have any recommendations on local places (especially farmers markets or small vendors) where I can get high quality popcorn kernels?
