Local food spots in the Woodlands

Will be staying in the Woodlands for a weeks and wanted food spot recommendations. I know they have all the chains, but I wanted something unique to Woodlands/Houston in the area. Love to try new cuisines so any suggestion is welcomed. Won’t have a vehicle, so bonus points if it’s near the woodlands mall, but willing to uber for some good food. Thanks
