Local developer outlines plans for former Houston Post printing press building in EaDo

Houston-based Lovett Commercial is converting a 76,000-square-foot at 2410 Polk St., once the home of the now-defunct Houston Post’s printing press, into a mixed-use development that will operate under the name Printhouse.
