Living in Fort Bend vs Harris County

I’m currently looking at a home south of 10 in Katy, falling in Fort Bend. Also, north of 10, which is Harris.

Is there a benefit of living in either? Proximity to the shopping area is the same. I’m curious on things such as car insurance, etc and how they differ between two counties.
