Living in Apartment- what are our options, legally?

Our management is neglecting wide range of issues at the property, the latest is continuous smoke alarm beeping for more then 20 h now!!

They were informed right after we noticed it, spoke to the staff 3 times until they close. We could not sleep whole night and they most likely will not fix it until Monday. We had called them around midnight as well.

Their maintenance do not work on weekends until it is an emergency. Continuous smoke alarm beeping is just battery gone bad (as per them) hence not an emergency.

What are our options, can we file small law-suit? Clearly they do not care if we are not able to sleep for 3 nights and may fall sick.
