Lineup Options?

This would be my optimal lineup, for now: 1. Dubon 2B 2. Altuve DH 3. Alvarez LF 4. Bregman 3B 5. Tucker RF 6. Abreu 1B 7. Peña SS 8. McCormick/Meyers CF 9. Maldonado C

I feel like Dusty needs to find a way to keep Dubon in the lineup everyday, for now. He’s the anti-3 true outcomes guy, and always puts the bat on the ball, I feel like keeping him in lead off would benefit the team. Having him on defense as well would be a plus since analytics say he’s a much better fielder (has more range too) than Altuve.

Altuve in the past has said he prefers hitting 2nd (he was used to doing so when Springer hit lead off for so long) and having back-to-back contact guys at the top right before Yordan will really have the pitcher thinking a lot already in the first inning.

Sliding Bregman down to 4 to have Dusty happy breaking his left-handed hitters apart, with Tucker hitting 5th, and Abreu hitting 6th might hopefully have him turn around soon, with Peña behind him as support. The CF rotation batting 8th & Maldy hitting 9th (or have Yainer hit 8th on days he catches, and have CF bat 9th to have another 2nd-lead off type guy in there.)

Thoughts? Go Astros!
