Lights off at Seymour Lieberman trail at Memorial Park

I just got here and every single light is off and it's too dark for me to run. Has this happened to angone else on this sub? I'm really disappointed, does anyone know why this might be? Is it permanent? I'd hope not, it's my favorite running spot to go to at night because it's safe and (used to be) well lit. Why would they do this?!!??
