Levcor’s MarqE redevelopment to add office space, modernize appearance

When Houston-based Levcor begins its MarqE redevelopment this May, it will introduce green space and a more modern approach to an entertainment center that has been relatively untouched for about a decade. 

The heart of the development is the space that formerly housed Drink Houston, where 49,000 of retail, restaurant and office will be added, said Justin Levine, vice president at Levcor.
