Let Mills have his chance

I know Mills doesnt look that hot but surely if we are rebuilding it makes more sense to let him have his go because A) if he can figure it out that would be amazing for this season and for the long run even if he becomes a backup for the future talent B) if he can't we get a better draft pick and dont have to spend money on another journeyman QB
