Let me and family down

I attended the game Altuve reached 2k hits. I waited outside for 2 hours to get an Altuve Bobblehead. We were the 3rd group on the south entrance. The game was also my kids birthday gift. When we began to get ready to get in, i had trouble accessing my tickets, not at my fault. When we got to the scanner, I attempted to show the ticket scanner my issue, instead of hearing me out, she directed me away. I asked a security guard to hear me out as well and they also ignored me and pushed me aside (figuratively speaking) it reached 102° degrees that day. Somone had a heat stroke. But instead of being a classy organization, they brushed me aside. In the end, all of the giveaways were gone once I was able to access the tickets. The day after I got a survey and left this info on the organizations survey response. Never heard a thing. Never going to another game. Looking at rooting for the Rangers now.
