legit American-Chinese Shrimp with Lobster Sauce take away?

I'm talking about where the sauce is saucy yo and make you reach for the high notes. almost as viscous as congee but d-r-i-p-p-i-n with that slap of chicken bouillon so hard it leaves you breathless followed by prawns so plump and plentiful I lose count after a dirty dozen.
