Legal Malpractice Attorney Recommendations

Hello. I’m looking for an attorney to weigh my options in filing a legal malpractice suit against a Houston-based law firm. I am a federal employee, currently residing in California. I filed an EEO complaint on my boss & things got ugly so I felt I needed to hire an attorney well-versed in the federal EEO process. I had a consultation with a law firm in Houston that promised their expertise in this area, so I hired them. I basically handled the entire case by myself to only find out that they lied to me & messed up my entire EEO case by their lack of action & communication. From everyone I’ve spoken to, I had a really strong case with witnesses and proof of retaliation & other areas I'd rather speak to versus posting here. Over a couple years, I contacted my attorney by phone, email and text messages, with little to no response or placating with empty promises.

I filed a complaint with the Texas Bar & am in the process of that complaint & waiting for the Texas Bar to weigh all the information from my former attorney’s firm and myself. proof of lack of communication & ruining my case. I want the large amount of money (at least to me) I paid them for absolutely nothing. This is just a quick snapshot of my plight.
