leasing through HAR app

Has anyone successfully found an apartment through the HAR app?

I’ve been reaching out to a lot of realtors through the app trying to rent a duplex apartment, and have only gotten one call back. Has anyone had any success? Or have any suggestions for how to rent an apartment that isn’t inside a big complex?
