Leasing office not helping with maintenance requests

I am tired of creating maintenance requests on portal and calling leasing office but no help. They say they are sending someone but no one comes. My requests are getting closed without an action on them. I feel helpless now. I just moved to this new apartment on Westheimer road. I want to leave but i have signed the lease. What to do now? Can i sue them? Can i quit my lease and find a different home? Any help is appreciated.
