Leased apartments freeze warning

My leasing office keeps sending notices about residents dripping water and so forth. Honestly, I am not. I can care less if the pipes break, not my problem. I have renters insurance. I reviewed the clause regarding act of god and so forth. Spoke with my friend who is an attorney who informed its the leasing office's responsibility to prevent pipes from busting. Perfect. I will obtain more from the settlement than my items are worth. I ain't doing s**t but drinking hot chocolate and watching porn.
