Le Jardinier or Theodore Rex?

Which would you recommend between the two? Le jardinier has the appeal of having a Michelin Star but I’ve seen meh reviews on it. I’m holding out for March eventually which I’ve seen recommended the most but I can’t get a reservation within the timeframe I’m looking for. I’ve heard good things about Theodore Rex and have reservations for there now. Should I switch to Le jardinier?
