Lawyers of Houston, I slipped down the steps exiting a rental car shuttle at the airport, tearing my patellar tendon on the curb. Had surgery to repair it over a year ago (Jan) and my leg is numb from my knee to ankle. Do I sue?
I went from being an active athletic man to a couch potato with constant nerve pain, swelling and permanent limp. Im just now going back to work in a desk job because my outside sales career is over.
