Lawyers for amending accident report.

Hi all, I was T-boned while on the on ramp in cypress a little while ago. The driver who hit me sped up from the stop sign 3 lanes away. Due to “witnesses” I was given an “unsafe driving” ticket for doing 65 on the on ramp. The ticket was dropped in the court but the officer insists on not amending the report for insurance purposes and suggested I should lawyer up and take it up in court. Any suggestions on lawyers? Particularly one that isn’t as expensive.
