Laundromat in Montrose

I'm looking for a laundromat in the montrose area. All of the posts are from 5+ years ago so hoping for new opinions/suggestions. I was wanting to go to the one next to Black Hole (Graustark Laundry) but upon reading the reviews it doesn't look too good :/ Is it true that your clothes will smell like mildew and all of the small $2 machines are OOS?

Which one do you guys use? No preference on coins or not, just hopefully somewhere similar with a place next door or close by to hang out while the loads are being washed, somewhere I dont have to hang out in the washroom.

According to maps there's a lot in my area (77006) so I could go home to wait and it's only a 5 minute drive to get back in time to switch over. I wanna see which one is the best in y'all's opinion!
