Late night romantic dinner suggestions?

What places are open after 10:00pm on Saturdays that have a romantic setting and a nice selection for food. We will be at theater district downtown and won't be out until 10ish so just wondering where to find food or does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about it? Thanks
