Lap swimming in summer (cooled pools?)

Hey folks, in Houston in the summer time, are there gyms out there that actively chill their pool temperatures back down into range of Olympic pool temps (77-82F)?

Or are you just screwed during summer months when it’s 100 degrees outside for months at a time?

How do you swimmers not get heat exhaustion while lap swimming in hot Houston weather?
