Langford’s in Bellaire–New Ownership/Management?

Does this location have different ownership from the original location? Or perhaps just new management?

We had an absolutely awful experience here today with our family and I don't know whether to chalk it up to an off day or write the new location off entirely. We've been to this location without issues before too so I'm wondering if there was a recent changing of hands because that's the only explanation we could guess at.

I worked in the service industry, I am fully aware bad days happen, some customers just suck, but the attitude of some of the staff was honestly bizarrely hostile towards patrons, and not only our party. I'm disappointed and wondered if anyone had any insight, the burgers are amazing but I don't really feel great going back 🙁
