Lake Pointe Redevelopment District
Redevelopment is City Council’s No. 1 priority with a focus on the Imperial Historic District and Lake Pointe. In July 2024, Fluor vacated their 1+ million square foot office building, so the City has been actively looking for new opportunities for the 52-acre site. Lake Pointe is a key redevelopment area for our city and an incredible opportunity for the future of Sugar Land.
