Labor Day crash

I know this is a long shot but I’ve been thinking about this guy since it happened. I witnessed a horrible accident where a young man was thrown out of a windows land on his head and pulsed out. He received cpr on the scene by bystanders and was brought back to life. But i been stuck wondering if he was ok or died in the hospital cause of the head bleeding. This crash was on Labor Day at 11am on 59 headed southbound by chimney rock rd. He was a young (what I assume Central American) man in his early to mid twenties with curly hair. If anyone has any info on this situation I would really appreciate it.
