KUHT Public TV Ch 8 – ?

Anybody else getting poor customer service from them? I donated last week and the message was that I would get Passport (streaming) credentials within 24-48 hours. They don't respond to emails, either.

I had problems with them years ago and basically wrote them off (tv, not radio).

Are they still organizationally dysfunctional?
