Kroger cuts hours amid coronavirus-related demand; Apple closing stores

The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) is the latest grocery store chain in Houston to reduce hours in an effort to keep up with demand amid the panic over the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

All stores in Kroger’s Houston Division will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. effective Saturday, March 14, until further notice.
