Kroger CEO explains supply chain, hiring thousands amid coronavirus pandemic

A Greater Cincinnati Kroger store received a pallet of toilet paper in the morning. It was gone within an hour. That’s one sign of why Rodney McMullen, CEO of Cincinnati-based Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR), is saying the product supply chain is working fine and is telling customers to buy only what they need.
