Kroger-Albertsons merger terminated; $600M lawsuit filed
Kroger’s planned $24.6 billion acquisition of rival Albertsons has been terminated, and Albertsons has sued Kroger, blaming it for the deal collapsing after two court rulings rejected the deal.
