KPFT Radio Station Hijacking

Just a few minutes ago, a speaker on the KPFT station got cut out by some sort of speech about the Reichstag. Then after about twenty seconds, it cut back in. Then thirty seconds later, cut back out to something mentioning a political victory in Iowa. Is this a hijack, or some weirdass signal glitch? Has anybody else heard it? Am I going nuts???
